BroomPilot provides operations software for residential cleaning businesses. Questions about this policy: hello@broompilot.com.
What we collect, and why
Cleaning businesses using BroomPilot store the information they need to operate: customer names, service addresses, phone numbers, appointment schedules and preferences, and crew contact details. Customers provide their phone number directly to their cleaning business when booking service. We collect only what is needed to coordinate cleaning visits — no payment card numbers, no precise location tracking of workers.
Text messages
Customers of cleaning businesses using BroomPilot receive appointment-related text messages: reminders, confirmations, and schedule changes. Message frequency varies with your cleaning schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out — this is honored immediately and automatically — or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchasing services.
What we never do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share phone numbers or contact details with third parties for their marketing. Each cleaning business’s data is isolated from every other business’s at the database level.
Service providers
We use vetted providers to run the service: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, SMS delivery, email delivery, and AI language services used to draft messages that a business owner reviews before sending. Providers process data only to provide their service to us.
Security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with sensitive fields (such as home-access notes) additionally restricted. We retain data while a business uses BroomPilot and delete it on request within 30 days — businesses can also export their data at any time.

To opt out of texts, reply STOP. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact your cleaning business or email us at hello@broompilot.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
